Frederik Hsu DL 
Fred Hsu gained an MBA from Imperial College, London and has 30 years' board level commercial experience as a director of The Property Trust PLC and Pittencrieff Petroleum PLC (both listed on the London Stock Exchange), Belinvest Realty Fund Limited, Firmin & Sons PLC. 
He served on the National Council of the CBI; Board and Council of Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and was Founder Chairman of the Clothing & Infrastructure Group (CLING) of ADS. In 2000, he was appointed Deputy to the Lord Lieutenant of the West Midlands. 
Peter Marks
Adam Hatfield ACA 
Adam Hatfield is Group Finance Director and trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Chartered Accountant. He has over 25 years' experience in the financial management, control and direction of large, medium and small businesses.  
Adam has served as Finance Director of private and publicly quoted companies in the health, IT, media and financial services sectors. 
Louis Oliver 
Louis Oliver trained in accountancy with Grant Thornton. He held the post of Distribution and Buying Director for the 440-store Oliver Group PLC where he gained extensive international experience with responsibility for a £100m budget. 
He has extensive procurement and logistics experience supplying Marks & Spencer, Royal Mail, UK and international governments. 
Peter Marks MSc 
Peter Marks was commissioned as an officer of HM Armed Forces at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He has a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University. 
Peter has held senior management and with leading blue chip companies such as Land Rover, Courtaulds Aerospace, GKN Defence, GEC Marconi and BAE Systems, delivering equipment and services to UK and overseas governments. 
Kojo Hastings MBA 
Kojo Hastings has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and has held senior management positions with a number of companies, including Southern Railways (UK) and KRON Finance & Investment Limited (Ghana). 
Kojo is Chairman of NMSI partner, Genelec Holdings Limited. He has extensive experience of business in Ghana and has responsiblity for in country deliverables and support. 
Nick Oliver
Nicholas Oliver 
Nicholas Oliver was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he was awarded the Queen's Sword of Honour and served with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards for 19 years. 
Nicholas is responsible for business development in sub-Saharan Africa and Infrastructure projects in particular. He is an experienced procurement specialist with a successful track record in business development.
