NMSI provides services for the design, planning, construction and through-life support of a wide range of infrastructure projects. It has rigorous processes that deliver the right buildings, equipment, training, logistics and maintenance all at the right time to achieve coordinated operational readiness.

The layout of the apartment blocks allow for the inclusion of community and amenity spaces for playgrounds and communal areas for social gathering. The sites are designed to allow for future expansion and inclusion of community buildings, shops, churches, schools, medical centres, police stations, etc. 
NMSI is under contract with the Republic of Ghana for the construction of 4,120 apartments for $200 million, excluding the fees and costs of financing. NMSI is assisting with procurement of ECA-backed financing and to submit and to submit detailed proposals for the design and construction of flats and associated site infrastructure required to establish living estates including internal roads, water, electricity, walkways, drainage and waste handling.
