Overview
The agricultural industry is critical to the prosperity of all nations in Africa and is considered the largest sector for employment, as well as an important source of domestic and foreign revenue and economic growth in rural areas. While food security is top of the global political agenda and a key Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), it yet remains a complex challenge in the developing world, requiring coordination between the public and private sector across the whole value chain.
We aim to help nations in Africa invest in sustainable agricultural solutions to feed and develop their communities, increasing agricultural output, improving livelihoods and employment potential, while benefitting the country by reducing reliance on imported food.
Agricultural facilities in Africa can assist in reducing food wastage, reducing reliance on imports and increasing growth of income through increased agricultural exports. NMSI is able to deliver fully equipped turnkey agricultural infrastructure facilities and provide options for training and maintenance programmes.
