Fomena and Kumawu Hospitals to be completed in 2022

Construction activity at Fomena and Kumawu is set to accelerate to completion as the Ghana Hospitals project has been fully reactivated following full loan effectiveness. Preparation continued throughout last year under General Manager, Stephen Bush, on re-establishing supply chains, sub-contractor relationships, design co-ordination; and weekly meetings have provided the confidence that the programme will be delivered within updated contractual timelines, with full-scale construction activity expected to commence in Q1.

Stephen Bush MCIOB MInstRE BSc (Hons) is a chartered professional in construction management with over 30 years’ project management experience. He has held senior executive and management positions at several leading international construction companies, delivering multi-million pound residential, commercial high-rise, hospital, leisure, and industrial projects across four continents. He is operating from new offices with a new team and responsible for day to day operations and management of all NMSI projects across Ghana.
