NMS Acquires Stake in Suscon Construction

NMS has acquired a 40% shareholding in Suscon Construction Solutions Limited, Zambia's leading innovator in sustainable construction solutions, with founders Geoff Walsh, CEO and Charl Marais, COO retaining 60% of the company's share capital. 

Commenting at the completion meeting, NMS Deputy Chairman, Frederik Hsu said: “NMS’s strategic investment expands our capability, while positioning Suscon as a leading EPC developer in Zambia in line with its market development strategy.”

Geoff Walsh, CEO of Suscon said: "We are delighted to welcome NMS as partners and look forward to working together on the opportunities that lie ahead." 

He continued: "NMS's involvement will enable us to expand our portfolio of offers, particularly for complex projects in the public sector, giving us access to new markets and strengthening our regional presence".
