The Zimbabwean Ministry of Health and Childcare (MOHCC) commissioned NMS Infrastructure to complete a two-part turnkey project as part of the MOHCC’s Zimbabwe Health Facilities Programme. Part A deliverables consist of the construction of four 20-Bed Health Centres - Stoneridge Health Centre in Harare, Cowdray Park Health Centre in Bulawayo, Mataga Health Centre and Runyararo Health Centre. Part B deliverables comprise a further four 20-Bed Health Centres. Part A is now operational and all facilities have been handed over to the MOHCC. Part B is now under construction.
Each Health Centre is adapted to suit the unique typography and geographical conditions of its location by a team of experts from the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe.

The facilities can be fully self-supporting in off-grid locations with solar panels and boreholes supplying power and water.

- In-patient Wards - Consulting Rooms
- Pre- and Post-Natal Beds - Counselling Room
- Delivery Room - Staff Ward
